I use Trillian to connect my contacts together, including Skype (when it is open in the background on silent mode). I recently installed Skype beta, and realised it created facebook contacts within Skype, which I didn't need as I am already connected to facebook chat on trillian. I deleted the Beta, and re-installed the normal stable skype.
Now when ever I log onto Trillian, I still have all my Skype created facebook contacts showing as offline contacts, and they keep duplicating agian and again....to the point that I have thousands of unassociated Facebook contacts which are being pulled through from Skype!?!
I have deleted all the contacts in Trillian several times and they keep being pulled through from Skype!? I can't find anywhere in skype to see these facebook contacts, which are still obviously there in the background!? But I am unable to get to them to delete them.
It is really messing up my trillian program, as I am ending up with thousands of contacts which are not associated with any online contacts, and it is slowing down and freezing Trillian to the point of not being able to use it! CAN ANYONE HELP!? I need to know how to delete the facebook contacts that Skype has created and is storing in my Skype contact list (Somewhere)!? Any solutions? Many thanks in advance
