Since upgrading I can sign in, but Skype Home won't load and I am unable to make or receive calls

Hi,

This is so frustrating.. I used Skype successfully every day until this latest ''upgrade'' (haha..), and now - despite the Help section on your website saying that you can make and receive calls normally even when Skype home isn't available - Skype is completely useless to me. I can sign in but not make calls, great.

Is there any way of making this work again?? Thanks!

If your connection status icon is shown as “Offline”, then try to change the status to “Online” using the dropdown arrow next to this icon.

Just for the next time. If Skype is Offline when you close the application, it will still be Offline next time you start Skype. Skype remembers the last connection status.
