Settings to increase group video call quality when using Wi-Fi

Hi

I am trying to increase the quality of my group video calls to different countries, everyone is using Wi-Fi!! Are there any settings that I can change to reduce call dropping and delays? We all go through the basic steps on the website (e.g. exiting any other programs using the internet and not having files downloading... there's nothing we can do about getting closer to the router or using an ethernet cable unfortunately) are there any other, perhaps more advanced settings we can try changing?

We Skype users are all at the mercy of the Internet.  The quality of a call is very dependent on the quality of the Internet connection that each particpant has.  In the case of a group call, it's even more important that the host of the call have good upstream and downstream bandwidth and low ping because the groups audio is routed through the host.
