Serious help needed for retrieving a recorded conversation!

Hi guys,

I run a pre-recorded radio show every week with all my guests using either a mobile phone or skype. The calls are all hosted through skype. 

Last night I recorded the show and it recorded using skype recorder. However, when I had finished, it recorder seemed to malfunction and did not save the conversation. This was a very important show and I desperately need the audio of the interview. 

The call was from my skype account to a mobile phone. 

Is there any way I can retrieve this from my computer? Is there any way my PC holds a record of all line-in sounds, perhaps I could get it that way.

Skye does not record calls, either locally or anywhere else

and if Skype Recorder failed, then I guess you are SOL, but only that third party vendor would know for sure
