I have a little problem that I want to mimic something similar to the feature presently available as Click-to-Call feature in Skype Website but I would need to use php to send a stored message in a set mysql database into a Skype user account. I have heard of this
http://labs.gree.jp/Top/OpenSource/Skype-en.html. But I am unsure if it also works fine on windows systems, therefore I would love to learn your advice to confirm and further the current project. Or if there are any other ways I can accomplish a similar task, please help. I am grateful if any of you could offer some help. Thank you so much.
