Sending SMS fails right away [ Edited ]

I am not able to send a sms for weeks now.  I have more than enough credit. I have checked everything and it is in order.  The moment that I send the sms, it fails and says try again. I sent messages to mobile phones that I have sent before and new numbers.  Please help!

What version of Skype are you running?  Click on Help > About Skype for the specific version number.

Ok.  You can try resetting your Skype configuration files to see if that helps:

Quit Skype.  Hold the Windows key and type r.  In the box that comes up type %appdata% <enter>.  Scroll down to find the \Skype folder and rename it something like \Skype_old.  Restart Skype.

Note:  Renaming the Skype folder will move IM and call history to the renamed folder.  They can be recovered with a few extra steps.

Hello.

Now for several weeks I can not deliver SMS to Thailand. Why not?

I can send the SMS (SMS send), - but next day there comes message: No delivery.

Now about 2 months without any delivery.

I have latest version of SKYPE and use windows XP.

Now I have tried for several times, and pay every time,- but no delivery????
