Select Webcam

My Skype doesn't have a "Select webcam" option. Why???

First check your webcam is listed in Device Manager.

it is. the problem isn't that my webcam isn't showing or working, but i can't get to the cyberlink webcam splitter.

What is your webcam model?
What is your OS?
Are you running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?

ummm i don't know what any of those are or how to find them. i have a built in webcam in my laptop. and i just got Cyberlink YouCam 5.

Okay so I was able to get to the second link and do all of that, but the first link said the diagnostic was unavailable and the third link said the webpage was no longer available. :/
