Saving pictures onto computer

I have taken pictures during skype calls on my computer, but then they are put in a file dug deep into my desktop and the only way to get to them is to go into the gallery, copy, and paste each picture into a new folder in "My Pictures" on my account. Is there any way for me to set skype to automatically send my skype pictures into "My Pictures?"

What Windows version are you on? Is it Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7?

Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron laptop

On Windows 7 you can include Skype Pictures folder in Windows Pictures library.

Open the %appdata%\Skype folder. Right click on the Pictures folder and select “Include in library”. After doing this you will be able to access Skype Pictures folder from “My Pictures” library.
