I have tried everything. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. I rebooted my computer. It just keeps crashing. I dont know what else to do.

I've tried everything as well. Mine isn't even allowing me to sign in. It keeps saying that my username and password don't match. HELP...anyone??!!

Mine was working fine until about an hour ago. I dont know what happened. I wish there was a way to contact someone to help me.
