Question on group video conferencing

If I purchase the the upgrade that allows me to do conferencing in others - can all the participants see and talk to each other or do they also have to have purchased the additional service?

Only one particpant in a group video call needs to have a Premium subscription.  The rest can have free accounts.  All participants will be able to see and hear each other.  It will look something like this:
