Problems with a new update.

Hi, today I was talking with a friend, everything was fine, then I updated my skype. I got a call from my friend and after a minute, there was a delay. I have no idea what happened, skype was fine with the audio before, now I can't go 1 minute without getting a delay.

Click on Help > About Skype.  What specific version does it report you have?

Is the delayed audio problem on an audio only call or a video call?

Do you have the problem with more than one contact or only that one?

What type webcam do you have?

Next time you're on a call and seeing the audio lag, click on Call > Call Technical Info.  Copy and paste the results here.  That may shed some light on where the problem lies.

Oh, sorry, I don't have a webcam. It only happens with audio calls.

Is it a Skype-to-Skype call or a Skype to phone number call?

If it's a Skype-to-Skype call, post the Call Technical Info here and let's see if it shows where the problem is.
