Hi,
There's a few things that have been bugging me in the 5.x series, so much so, that for the most part I've been using 4.2.0.187 in the hope that these issues will be hastily resolved in the new version, but they never are:
During a voice conference call, the interface changes into video mode... 1) WE CAN'T SEE WHICH PARTICIPANTS ARE ON HOLD in the call - VERY annoying, and 2) there's no "Go on hold" button anywhere inside the call window area - you have to actually enable contacts pane, right click the call in that pane, and put yourself on hold there. Why such a DOWNGRADE in feature/simplicity since 4.x? Is there no way we could keep/activate the old style view?
And, as many have already mentioned in this forum, PLEASE GET RID OF POPPING UP WINDOWS such as the Call Quality Feedback window, ESPECIALLY when we're in Do Not Disturb mode. I play online games competitively, and usually DND mode would allow me to do that in peace without my game being forcibly minimized. That's no longer the case with all these **bleep** popups anymore. Please get rid of the bloaty crap - Skype peaked in 4.x, since then it's lost functionality with all the UI changes
