Problem with connection

Hi,

I just restarted my computer and now trying to connect with Skype, but I'm getting massage below:

Blad I/O dysku. Kliknij prawym przyciskiem na ikone Skype w zasobniku systemowym i wybierz Zakoncz. Nastepnie ponownie uruchom Skype. Jesli blad bedzie sie powtarzal, skontaktuj sie z obsluga techniczna Skype.

Loggin is coorect and password too. Unforunately I can't remember email address which I added when I created new account. Please help ASAP.

Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata%, press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old. Restart Skype.

N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

it wont let rename it a note keep popin up saying it can not be rename it being use by a other person or program what does that mean

Well, I have problem with my connection. Last week, in my skype, there was a sign to renew my skype version. Since i did it, i am not able to connect. Please help me as soon as possible! Thanx
