Privacy settings fail to save

Hi!

I am getting numerous calls from people I do not know. I tried to change my privacy settings so that only my contacts can call me. I change the settings and press the Save key but when I go back to the settings they have changed back to what they were that is anyone can call me. And I still get calls from people I do not want to get them. Why is that?

not sure of the login behind this procedure, that this worked in many cases similar to yours.  switch to offline status for 5-10 seconds, revert to online, then change your privacy settings.  your settings should stick and should be permanent after that.

Interesting but that actually worked. I only tried to log out and log in again but that didn't do the trick. Thanks!
