Personal monitor on Skype telephony.

My Name is Joseph Fleischer - my problem is that the "personal monitor" of me(in the bottom right hand corner) breaks up when I make a call, even though my picture is fine at the receiving end. Could you help me with this problem. Many thanks.

What do you mean by "breaks up"?

it's like when a TV picture is not synchronized in the horizontal direction (sort of multiple images horizontally). Regards, Joe F.

What DirectX version is installed on your computer? You can run the DirectX diagnostics program (dxdiag.exe). Look for the version number and also for some potential errors reported.
