PNG corrupted

hello . . . skype send message : video snaphot  is not a valid "Portable Network Graphics" image because it contains an invalid header. This file may be corrupted, try obtaining it again.

I got this problem just now. skype don`t move, can`t safe pics.png
No show on and with skype video snapshot, I lost all snapshots since 3 days.
Other png-pics and png yesterday before are ok.

Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Runtextbox type %appdata%\skype\pictures and then press Enter or OK button. Delete the corrupted .png images.

Problem: skype dont`t move, don`t safe no more pics I shoot with IP-cam.

Are you talking about snapshots you are taking of yourself or of the video of your conversation partner?

What version of Skype are you using? In Skype go to Help -> About Skype.

hi ruwim, snapshot myself is ok, but snapshot of conversation partner . . . skype don`t move, don`t safe no more pics.
I shoot pics, no message from skype about any troubles, but skype don`t move or safe pics, no pics on folder.
when I start View Snashots Gallery I get message png corrupted. No pics inside datei-explorer and folder.

Go again to the %appdata%\skype\pictures folder. Double click on each of the files in this folder and see if they all can be opened.

yes, I can open all *.png, I use Irfan View.
Now, just before I install skype on notebook. Skype and IP-cam
works well, move and safe .png-pics inside folder.
My office-PC don`t make this.
