BTW, since I've been using it for months and was actually the person first bringing it to the attention of this forum, I kinda have done my testing.

Before trying to isolate an issue, it's always best that one is running the latest Skype release. Which may in itself resolve the issue.
A new version has just been released August 02, 2011:
Please click the "Get Skype" link at the top of this page and download the normal version of Skype, NOT the beta version to get this new version.
This new version is 5.5.0.113 to check what version you have, using the main Skype client window please do:
Help -> About Skype

My testing included recent releases as well as the current release.

This is aweful that I just realized that I haven't gotten to disabling it for some reason and to find out this "issue" pwah, has been an issue with all of it's users since 06 or so!!! I can't believe I've stayed a customer for so long when there are stable FREE alternatives with wide open SIP capablility, elgooG Voice if you can read backwards IS FREE, Please don't make me leave skype but I am tonight if I can, Aug 2nd release NOTHING... Insulting at best.

Having to fill this form out after every call is ridiculous, your stubborn refusal to remove it is insulting, and your inability to recognize either of these things exposes gross incompetence. In a good company, people who cling so tenaciously to such useless, irritating features usually get fired.
As soon as I can find a viable alternative, I am uninstalling this garbage and never installing again.
