Other person can't see me

When I'm on skype all the person see, is a green screen how do I fix that

Can you see yourself when you go to Tools -> Options -> Video settings?

Same issue here. ruwim: I can see myself when i go to Video Settings. Any more suggestions?

i have never had issues until today. i can see my fiancee and he cant see me anymore. it just shows where i normally see myself a black box and the circle spinning in the middle like it is loading,but never shows me,i even went to check my video and it wont show me.i am computer dum so can someone help me and explain easily what i can do?
