Not receiving the video on calls

Yesterday I was receiving the video but I did not have a webcam.  Today I installed a logitch webcam C270 and my video is going out, but I am not receiving the video nor am I seeing my own image  in the skype window

On calls, the person with whom I am speaking can hear and see me.  However I am only able to hear them but am not able to see them.   Help.

Ditto, outgoing video fine.  No incoming video.

What version of Skype are you running?  Click on Help > About Skype for the version number.

What version of Windows?

When you're on a video call, if your not seeing the other person's video, what are you seening in the Skype window?

I just developed the same problem
