Not Recieving Notifications

There are two contacts on my list that when I am IMed, I recieve no notifications of. No flashing orange tray notification and no sound. I have tried deleting these contacts and readding them. I have also tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling. Any advice to fix this problem?

Highlight the contact’s name in the Contacts list so you can see the chat window for this contact. Click on the "Conversation" menu and select "Notification settings". Select there the appropriate option for the notifications.

My e-mail address xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx is wrong my real address is xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx is. i can't seem to fix it. I've already paid my money on the xxxxxxxxxxx account. I've already made an account with my real e-mail address so.how do I merge them or you telling me that i just lost money
