My Skype unistalls by itself

It seems like everyday or every other day I have to reinstall my skype because it magically disappears from my PC. Sometimes I am in the middle of reading a message and the program completely uninstalls itself. A few coworkers continously experience the same issue. Help?

What version of Windows are you running?

What anti-virus / firewall?

If you're in the middle of reading a message and Skype uninstalls itself, do you see the uninstall happening?  Is there a message of any sort?
