Messages are not delivered to the contact

Skype does not deliver messages only to one contact with whom I communicate often. Internet both faster.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Are u getting the little spinning circle that indicates they haven't yet recieved ur message or is it looking like it goes through?

I not had this problem but I have had both sides of a conversation with one person go to another person that was at the top of my list.

i have the same problem only with one contact.

but mine massages look like delivered....but the contact did not get it.
