I'm not receiving voicemails!

Hello!

I attempted to search for a solution to this, however, I couldn't seem to find any answers...

Apparently, I'm not getting any voicemails. At all. However, friends calling me say that they did leave a message, but I do not receive a notification on mail, nor do I have them on Skype. Where do they go?! :S

I'm experiencing the same problem. Can confirm now 2 different voice mails left on 2 different days this week, and no indication of them, in the Skype Interface or via account settings on the web site.

So many people having this issue . . . one would think someone at Skype would visit this forum once in a while to see how the users are doing and if there are any issues to be address - but CLEARLY they do not, as I have yet to see one reply regarding this very serious and widespread issue from anyone at Skype........C'mon already....

Today I got an email to say I had a voicemail. If I go in through Wnidows 8 it does not show it anything. If I go in through my phone it says I have a voicemail but when I click on it no voicemail turns up.

I have been using Skype for 6 years now but I am about to stop as the service is so unrealiable.

If anyone finds a fix for the voicemail issue let me know.

Hey!

My problem is fixed now, apparently Skype doesn't like it when you're logged in on multiple places. I am not sure if that will fix your problem, but at least I am receiving voicemails now.

Running windows 7, not receiving voicemails got worse with the last update a few days ago.  before I could logout and log back in and it would receive my voicemails.  I do have 2 devices always logged-in.  since the most recent update I need to logg off of both devices, then login again.  even then it is not reliable, I recieved a voicemail today that was sent over 20 hours ago.

Being logged in on multiplr places was never an issue until Microsoft got their grubby hands onto Skype.  Leave it to Microsft to ruin a perfectly good product.  Just wish there was a compatable alternative.

same here!!! so frustrating!!! i have to log out of skype, and log back in to FORCE the voicemails to appear!!

I have solved my issue, so I suggest starting a new thread, as this won't get much attention.
