I have a problem in adding new contacts ><

Hi every body

when I try to add new contact

a blue and white page appears without fields to write -_-

my system is windows 7 64 bit 

IM asking the experts

What is the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer? In Internet Explorer go to Help -> About Internet Explorer.

P.S. Please, don’t say that you are not using Internet Explorer. This is irrelevant. Skype depends on Internet Explorer.

for the first test

no thing appeared on ie I think the problem is that the java script is not enabled on it 

 

and the second one the same white and blue page ...

OK. I should have seen that you have used Chrome and not IE.

Try this:

Go to Windows Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click on Command Prompt, select 'Run as administrator'.

The Command Prompt window should show:

C:\Windows\SysWoW64>

If this is not the case, then in the Command Prompt type:  cd c:\windows\syswow64 and press Enter.

Type this and then press Enter:

regsvr32 jscript.dll

Next type this and press Enter:

regsvr32 jscript9.dll

After each Enter you should receive a message saying that DllRegisterServer in XXX.dll succeeded.

Reboot your computer.

Make now again the test showing if your Internet Explorer can execute JavaScript.

Open in your Internet Explorer (no other browser but only IE 32-bit version) this page:

hello.. I have same problem with Lyonenyo.. I'd tried to solve the problem simply like showed by Ruwim but when I type regsvr32 jscript9.dll, a message came out, (the module "jscript9.dll" failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent. DLL files. The specified module could not be found. ) What should I do? anybody can help me? *sorry, broken english
