I cant connect facebook to skype?

hello i cant connect my facebook to skype and i got the latest version but im not sure which version it is so ill give you the date 31/03/2012 10:36 am

i already have connected facebook to skype but it says my list of friends arent avaliable right now and when i go offline and click on the facebook tab i can see my facebook friends but when i go online it will dissapear and a blue line will go round in circles and then it says the same thing
