I own the business version of Pamela. It is not stable and customer service is terrible. Do a google search, it's pretty easy to see that there are lots of people with the same experience.

I've tried many solutions for recording Skype video calls but all of them had either problems or a lot of limitations...
I think the best is to use a screencasting software.
The best and free one in my opinion is Debut and you can see why here

I've started having problems with Supertintin. Since using it successfully for an intensive sequence of hour-long recorded interviews in May/June, when it was recording to .avi format, I started again about 10 days ago and, after updating it because my older version was no longer working properly, found it is recording in .mpeg4 and the audio and video are out of synch.
I don't know whether I've somehow changed some settings so it's not recording properly, or Supertintin have changed how it operates. It seems Skype is being updated very frequently these days, and I take the updates. Previously it had seemed that Supertintin had to adapt to these updates, so I'm wondering whether Skype and Supertintin are out of synch somehow.
I'm waiting for a reply from Supertintin Support, but in the meantime, as I need to discuss the situation with numerous interviewees waiting for me, do you have any thoughts about it?

Is this an official skype support service? or just a users' forum? I'm not feeling it's very helpful so far.
I really want to know what has happened to Supertintin which was working quite adequately up to a month of so ago.
Then, when I started using it again, it wasn't recording properly at all. So I updated it. Then I found that the audio and video were out-of-sunch. It was recording as .mpeg4 instead of .avi as previously. I think that's the reason why it's not working properly, i.e. out-of-synch. Can someone tell me whather this is the problem?
I'm still waiting for a reply from Supertintin support, no reply after nearly two weeks - or is it three.
I've tried Evaer in the meantime, but I find the same out-of-synch problem whether recording in .avi or .mpeg4.
