How to delete my conversation

Hi how to delete my conversation each time after I skype. I do not want want my conversation seeing by others.

Hi I am new to skype.  From your post I understand that conversations are recorded somewhere.  Does that mean that when I do a video call that this conversation is kept and retrievable?  I had a skype meeting with my Prof lastnight and would love to be able to review what she said. Is that possible?

Thank You for your reply. I am new too with skype not familiar yet. Understood can clear all recents conversations from the sidebar, or remove individual conversation. I tried but failed I can't locate where is the sidebar? help me please.

You can find "Delete Conversation History".  I think it's  under privacy.

You can also delete each conversation individually by using a tool called SkypeX.  You can find it here: bryancockerham.com  or search for skypex on google. It only deletes the convo from one computer though.

no, only textchat can be saved by your Skype installation, and only locally on your pc.

with additional software, audio and video of a skype conversation or even of the whole desktop can be recorded by each participant on their pc. google for skype recorder or Techsmith Camtasia.

go to tools->options->IM & SMS. you will see keep history for then followed by a dropdown menu choose no history. that will delete conversation in your skype.
