How to Make Video Calls

I created a Skype account and am looking for the tap to click for making video calls, but all I  see are buttons that take me nowhere and Get Free Offer links listed all over the place. I am on Interenet Explorer. It shouldn't be this difficult. 

Can someone tell me how I can make video calls?

Download and then run the Skype installer via this link:

http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full

When the install is complete, sign in with your Skype name and password.  You'll then be able to start using Skype's features.
