How do you delete user names from the log in screen?

Not a major problem this one but it is annoying! When i type my user name into the log in box another name comes up first - how do i delete this from the drop down list so that only my  user name appears?

Hold the Windows key and type r.  In the window that opens type %appdata%\Skype <enter>. 

Delete and folder with the name of an account you don't want to show up on the signin screen.

What don't you understand?  At which step cannot you not go further?

This is what the box would look like after you hold the Windows key on your keyboard and then then type in the box:  

You then hit the Enter key or click OK.

That will bring you to a list of folders.   Delete any folders with Skype names you want to remove.

I tried it saveral times but it opens an *open with* window , every time I wrote %appdata%\skype this command on run bar.. Dont know what to do now ? :/
