How can I get a mini video in the corner?

I usually have a mini video in the corner of my screen when skyping so I can go on other sites (internet, ect) and still be able to see the person I am skyping, I accidently clicked out of it and I don't know how to get it back on there!! Help?

Re: How can I get a mini video in the corner?

In the recent versions of Skype that popup is enabled by click on Tools > Options > Calls and checking "Show call controls when Skype is in the background."

However, even with that option checked, if you manually close the popup window during a call the only way to restart it is to end and restart the call.

I've tried this. Go to Tools>Options>Calls....but there is no "Show call controls when Skype is in the background." to choose from.

Click Show advanced options.

Re: How can I get a mini video in the corner?

No...that was under calls>advance
under privacy I have a lot more options....like keep history for... and allow IMs from... and automatically receive vidwo and screen sharing from... and a lot more.
I am not getting the option you show in your screen shot when i'm under calls>advanced. I'm only getting what i posted previously. Do I need an upgrade or something?

Re: How can I get a mini video in the corner?

Hello I could not help but ask my question because it deals with the mini screen as well.. I did not click out of it per say, but I did minimize it with the icon I have on the bottom left corner.  It now will not maximize.  So the screen is technically there and has the name of who I am talking to, the time we have talked for, the mute button, the end call button, and the icon that is SUPPOSED to maximize it for..

I have ended the call, ended skype, uninstalled AND reinstalled Skype and the problem keeps occurring.  It is really driving me insane! What do I do?
