I have had friends and family both locally and overseas come over and log into skype and after they have left, their skype names are still saved on the log in page of the downloaded skype version on my Windows PC. The list is very long and it is very annoying. I was wondering if there is a way to clear these usernames so they don't come up when I try to log in.

1. Ensure that "Show hidden files and folders" is switched on.
Click Start and then Run Type "control folders" and click OK. In the View tab, ensure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled
2. Exit Skype : From the system tray >> right click on the skype icon and click "Quit Skype"
3. Click Start >> Run Type: "%appdata%\skype" (without the quotes) and press Enter- this should cause Windows Explorer to open and display the contents of the Skype folder
In that folder you should see other folder names which correspond to all Skype users that have ever used your machine to sign in (note that this only applies to the CURRENT Windows user that is signed in -- for other Windows logins, there should be corresponding Skype application folders)
Simply delete the folders (and all sub-folders) of the ones that you no longer wish to be listed on the dropdown menu on the Skype sign in screen.
