I have successfully downloaded and set up account for Skype. I plan on using video chat only. The problem is when I sign in, I do NOT see the option to add contacts or to email begin a video chat. I thought that once you sign in, the option to make a video call would be on the page. What do I need to do to iniate the video call? Thanks.
