Help for searching contacts...

Hi,

I have a problem!

When I type a name (not Skype-name) i the "add contact" search box nothing i found.

When a friend of mine does the exact same search it comes up with a number of users to select from.

Why can't I find any users?

The Skype installations both uses default settings.

please double-check if your "status" is not set to "offline"

I want to retrieve my contacts from #2 Skype account , then cancel it and forward my existing credit to my #3 account.  How?   xs

The problem is on Skype network.

This is a periodic error on Skype servers. Happened already a couple of times in the past, and always only for some users. Usually the problem gets resolved after a day or so.
