HELP PLEASE

Can someone tell me why I cannot properly setup my skype new account? I have done all the paperwork then i try to download skype setup..again no problems. once it starts installing it says connection problem try another server... I have turned off my firewall, and my kaspersky internet anti virus systems and it still has a problem with skypes server.

how do i rectify the problem?
