HELP NEEDED!!!!

every time i try and make a call (free) to a friend i can hear them for a sec and than skype crashes. all it says to me is "a problem accured when windoes finds a soulation for this problem it will be fixed" something of that nature. i have uninstaled it like 15 times and reinstaled it still same problem. i am getting extreemly angry with this and if it docent get fixed i will never use this again. (neather will any of my friends/family)

If really need skype at the moment get the beta 5.7,but personally i dislike them so i rather wait.

Apart from installing 5.7 Beta, the possible “fix” is to change Skype View to Compact View. Close the Home page. Quit Skype.  You will not see the Home page with the ads never more and Skype will work next time you restart Skype. This was the solution in my case a week ago when I was also harassed by the faulting advertisements. However, be aware that if you again open the Home page, Skype may crash, unless Skype developers will meanwhile correct the bug in the advertisements.
