Contacts Not Synchronised

Hi - I wonder if you can help me.

My contact list on my Windows skype app is different from the one on my iphone app.

I have the same issue. An account I added via iPhone (and can access on iPhone) was not in my contact list in windows 7 (Skype 5.8.) I searched for the contact in Windows and it invited me to send an invitation to connect.

I've just upgraded to the current version and signed out and in, but it made no difference.
