Contacts I block are getting unblocked after a while !

I have noticed this several times over the last week. I open Skype and find out that the contacts I have blocked yesterday are now all unblocked. Is this a bug in Skype? Have I missed something? Have anyone else gone through the same? Thanks for addressing that.

I have blocked two contacts - yet they still will attempt to call me...I do not want to see any atempts from them.  Why is this happening?
