Contact picture not showing

One of my contacts has recently accepted my request. His information and profile picture shows up when I'm logged onto Skype with my itouch. But when I'm logged onto Skype with my laptop, his picture doesn't appear. Other contacts that have pictures still appear when I'm on my laptop. Why is this?

I have the same problem - can anyone tell me how to solve this?

There's nothing you can do to force a contact's profile picture to appear.  When you're both online at the same time it should just happen.
