Contact list disappeared [ Edited ]

Hello everybody,

I just tried to access my skype account and when i logged in i found that there is no contact list. It disappeared ! Other of my friends told me that they see me as online when i log in but there is not profile picture as before but isntead of it there is question mark . And when somebody of my friends write me they appear in the contact list but i dont see them as online and they are marked with question mark and the interesting here is that the ADD CONTACT button to these friends is frozen , so this means that they are already in my contact list . If somebody have the same problem , please give your solutions to the problem . I have read all FAQs but it didnt help me , it seems that there is another problem .Thanks everybody

If the suggestions  don't work for you then you must contact customer service.

No i didnt back up my contact list . These suggestions dont work for me i will contact support

Hi 

I can no longer see my list of contacts when I updated my skype version. My contacts can still see me and chat with me but I can't see them. what do I need to do? I have gone through the menu list on skype and could not see anything that was related to that.
