I just got skype yesterday and today my friend made a video-call to me; I don't have a webcam so it's only one-sided and yet the connection on skype says something about the connection being too slow for anything above low quality video but my connection speed is well over 18-28 mbps and my upload is above 2-4 mbps; why would I still get this message? Would it be due to the other person's connection?
