Changed to a new computer--can't get my contacts page up.

Although I have skype on the new computer, I can't get my contacts page up and therefore

You need to download and run the Skype installer via this link:

http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full

When the install is complete, signin using your Skype name and password.
