Cat use Skype at all! Pls help!

I have new laptop Sony Viao. 

Windows 7, 64 bit. 

I downloaded Skype, installed fine. 

It opens a blue window. There's nowhere to sign in!!!! Only sign out!!!

Where the hell do I sign in now?

I've right mouse clicked and clicked every option, still, there's no sign in button!!! 

I've installed and reinstalled older, latest, Russian, English versions, same thing. 

Same thing happens on my other laptop, ACER, so it's not just one laptop's problem. 

Pls see the picture. 

Will greatly appreciate any help!

Mine is about the same but I can log in, the only bad thing is that it crashes 24/7, but with the and one it works fine

The problem is with your Internet Explorer and JavaScript.

Please, answer first these questions:

What version of Windows are you on? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

Go to Windows Start and in the Search box type winver.exe and then press Enter.

What is the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer?

In Internet Explorer go to Help -> About Internet Explorer.

P.S. Please, don’t say that you are not using Internet Explorer. This is irrelevant. Skype depends on Internet Explorer.

No info on the version.
