Can't login to Skype software

Hi there,

I can't login to my Skype software. I have the newest version installed v5.10. Also I deinstalled and installed the software on and on, regarding several workarounds. Only nothing helps me to solve my problem at the moment. I can login to my Skype account online and on my other computers. But this one it doesn't work anymore. Can anyone help me further?

I am having the same problem. I can log in on my other laptop and ipad but not on this computer which I use more. If you find a solution - can you let me know. [removed for privacy].

I am getting the problem, that the screen underneath doesn't disappear.

What Firewall and Antivirus applications are installed on your computer?

Windows firewill and AVG antivirus

Maybe you should look in AVG Firewall settings to make sure that Skype is not blocked.

Thanks for the tip. I checked it. Seems that all the parameters are allright. Needs to be another problem.
