Hello, suddenly I have the following problem. If I click on the Add contact button, I get the search window and after while a text appears there saying Check your connection, it seems your internet connection is not working, and the big exclamation mark icon. I think Skype can connect to internet (have made just test calling service call which was able to establish a call). Where may the problem lay?
I cannot get the webcam to come on!!! I have been a customer on skype for almost 2years and still am but I just got a new computer and I have still got credits.I sign in with my skype name mary.teresa.lowry and then enter my password. My account comes up but thats as far as I can go. HELP.
