Calls from "PROTECTION ALERT ®"

Hi all,

I dunno if this is the right place for this questions, but I've just had a couple of calls from "PROTECTION ALERT ®" on Skype, even though I was appearing offline. I have no idea who/what it is, and they're not in my contacts list.

I doubt it's from Skype, maybe it's a virus. Any ideas anyone? Should I answer the call? Block it?
