My skype credit still remains, and according to the skype retirement announcement, it's still available until it's expired. When I checked my skype credit, it still remains, but it's inactivated. I tried to reactivate it by following the instructions (simply clicking the "reactivate" button), but it cannot be reactivated. How can I reactive it?

Today I received an email from Skype: Your credit is now inactive - but you can reactivate it again at any time. How to reactivate your credit1. Visit your account on skype.com. 2. Sign in with your Skype Name and password. 3. Click Reactivate credit and follow the steps. However when I click on the link it takes me to teams and when I log in to teams using the log in details from skype (user name and password) it says I don't have credit. Where did my money go?

Looks like MS have stolen the Skype credit I have in there, I was considering to use the 'Teams' rubbish as they falsely advertise that you can make local and international calls , that appears to be not the case. Instead they have removed my Skype credit , and send you on a wile goose chase trying to find somewhere I can contact there support. I have through their 'contact support' to chat with an agent but they make it impossible to find , I went through 20 screens just trying to find somewhere I could chat with a 'support' person So they shut down Skype , claim we can export our data but

Hi, I have some unused Skype Credit on my Microsoft account, but I no longer use Skype. My wife now pays for our Microsoft 365 subscription and makes the calls. I'd like to either transfer this Skype Credit to her Microsoft account or request a refund so she can use it. Since Skype is no longer available and a redundant product, I may accept a refund if this is an easier pathCould you advise?

I’ve been using Skype to coordinate with colleagues and students across different locations, and I’m curious if there are any ways IoT or automation could enhance the experience, such as integrating with smart devices for better scheduling, voice-activated actions, or auto-recording meetings based on sensors or triggers. As someone interested in the role of technology in communication, I'd appreciate insights into whether this is already being implemented or if it's something more experimental. I found a useful article https://www.theengineeringprojects.com/2022/01/real-life-applications-of-in

I am unable to access my Skype account (rwscan) because this account is linked to a defunct email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). Every time I try to sign in system sends a Verification number to defunct email address, instead of my current email address: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. How Can this problem be resolved? The fixes shown on your website do not resolve this issue. I keep going round and round in circles with verification process continuing to link this Skype account to old email address. I can not delete this old email address with the instructions provided in your website.
