Hi im having a APPCRASH and cant even open skype.. tried everything now.. and still cant get it working. using skype alot so really want some help And yes i would love to download the Beta but i cant.

Got Windows 7 64 bit and tried reinstalling to a earlier version, removing Shared.xml file and renaming the folder Skype to Old_Skype...

Do you have any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%?

Try to re-install the latest version of Skype.

Please make sure you have all your windows updates then update skype to 5.10.0.116

submit logs to skype using jira.skype.com

Well just created the Log now.. just not sure where to send them to and where to submit them to jira.skype.com. Sorry for the trouble

Try to start your Windows in "Safe mode with networking".
- repeatedly tap F8 as you boot. Run Skype.

Well didnt work in safe mode either.. what do I do?

In Safe mode nothing happens when i try opening skype. In the task manager it says skype is running in the processes but not in the applications. This is getting SO wierd
