A silly questions about call technical info

Perhaps a silly question but are the speeds displayed when following the steps on this page:

https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10415/Can-I-see-how-much-bandwidth-a-video-call-is-using

in kilobits or kilobytes?

Re: A silly questions about call technical info

Then Skype should fix their own FAQ page to have the correct information.

https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1417/how-much-bandwidth-does-skype-need

The page about clearly shows the values to be in kilobits per second (lower case b). However, this is clearly wrong as these values should be kilobytes per second (upper case B).
