Solved! Go to Solution.
Distorted video is often due to problems with nVidia graphic card drivers. Make first sure that you have the latest video driver for your nVidia cars installed. Furthermore, make also sure that the option “Let the 3D application decide” is set in the nVidia Control Panel.

wow thanks for this fast response
i tried a few things, and i've got the solution!
it's the anisotropic filtering and the antialiasing. I'm a gamer so i set these features on the highest settings. If you change these settings off or "set by programms" it works correctly and i can see my videopartner fully!
Thanks for your help! Have a nice weekend

What exactly is not working for you? What happens when you are trying to make a video call?

What is the name/model of your graphic card and driver version?
If your video adapter is nVidia, then see this:
Updating the video driver and/or setting the option in NVIDIA Control Panel -> Adjust Image Settings with Preview to “Let the 3D application decide” should resolve the issue.
Re: yes i m using latest version is not warking video call but my old version video call is warking
