Do you have any security software installed on the computer? Did a Free-trial antivirus come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it? Do you have any other p2p (µTorrent, BiTtorrent / Team Viewer) software installed on the computer? Do you have Hamachi LogMeIn installed?
Temporarily disable Windows Firewall service in Windows services.
Press WinKey + R to open the Run window
WinKey (the button is located between the left Ctrl and Alt with the Windows logo)
Type: services.msc /sand press Enter
Scroll down and look for Windows Firewall service and Double click on it, then in the Startup type box select Disabled. Click Apply and OK.
Restart your computer.
